DGE3 Investment leads $850K pre-seed in EVIDION, Poland's sovereign AI intelligence platform
Warsaw, June 29, 2026 — DGE3 Investment, the multi-strategy alternative investment firm with offices in Warsaw, Prague, and Abu Dhabi, today announced an $850,000 pre-seed investment in EVIDION, a Polish AI-first Intelligence & Cybersecurity platform designed for government agencies, law enforcement, the defense sector, and enterprise compliance teams.
EVIDION is building what its founders describe as Europe's first sovereign alternative to Palantir — a modular, air-gap native intelligence platform with native Polish NLP, compliant with NIS2 and the EU AI Act from day one. The system integrates 230+ analytical modules across 18 intelligence domains into a single unified pipeline.
About EVIDION
Founded in January 2026 and headquartered in Bydgoszcz, Poland, EVIDION combines multi-domain intelligence fusion — SIGINT, FININT, GEOINT, CYBINT, OSINT, HUMINT, forensics, game theory, causal inference, and legal AI — with native understanding of Polish criminal law, court rulings, and legal doctrine. The platform achieves 92.4% RAG precision on Polish legal texts and includes an evidence blockchain with court-admissible cryptographic timestamps.
Key capabilities include:
- 230+ operational AI modules across 18 intelligence domains
- 626 API endpoints (OpenAPI 3.0)
- 4-tier AI architecture with intelligent routing (99.2% accuracy)
- Air-gap native deployment — zero external connectivity, zero telemetry
- NATO RESTRICTED / ISO 27001 / NIS2 compliance ready
- Implementation in 8–12 weeks at 10–50x lower cost than Palantir
The founding team
EVIDION is founded by Mateusz Ulewicz (Founder & CTO), who brings 20 years of software architecture experience and is ranked #15 out of 2.1 million people on Crunchbase's global innovator ranking (January–April 2026). Ulewicz is also co-founder of FOTOhub.app, which DGE3 led to a $5.1M Seed round earlier this year and which has since crossed 750,000 registered users.
Kamil Kozlinski joins as Co-Founder & Legal AI Advisor, bringing expertise in AI governance, legal technology, and compliance — critical capabilities for a platform operating at the intersection of law enforcement and artificial intelligence.
Investment thesis
"EVIDION represents exactly the kind of company that should exist in Europe but, until now, did not. A sovereign intelligence platform built by a proven founder with the technical depth to deliver government-grade technology. We know this team. We have seen them build at extraordinary speed and quality. This is the beginning of something significant for European security infrastructure." — Dmitri Evanov, Managing Partner, DGE3 Investment
The $850K pre-seed round will fund product hardening toward v1.0 (Q4 2026), security certifications (ISO 27001, NATO accreditation), building a gov-tech sales team, and initial EU expansion for NIS2 compliance SaaS targeting DACH and Nordic markets.
Market context
The EU gov-tech AI market is valued at $4.2 billion in 2026. Poland's cybersecurity budgets are growing 28% year-over-year. NIS2 creates compliance obligations for over 160,000 entities across the EU. Despite this demand, there are currently zero European-built platforms of Palantir's class — creating a structural first-mover opportunity for EVIDION.
